"Premature Birth, First child so parents run for whatever suggested by Doctor’s till attend Early Intervention Camp of MANSI on 6th May 2023. Camp Dr’s team advised for continue Physio therapy(PT) and protein rich diet. Parents show good improvement during PTat Jaya Rehab centre in Bidada & decided to continue it. We intervene for the PT in Jaya Rehab and arranged their stay also with continue follow up in EI camps. Today he is able to sit, able to role, able to crowl, and able to stand with walker with AFO."

age 4.5 years

"Spastic CP, came in EI camp in July 23, at the age of 10YR she is from tribal area of chhota Udepur district. We arranged her stay at MANSI with her mother and started suggested treatment. Admitted her for BL open Hamstring released by small Surgery and then plaster for 21 days, then push knee splint was given with AFO at Jaya rehab center for continue PT. Now She is able to stand and walk with walker with BL AFO, continue on PT till today."

"75% I.D. Girl admitted at the age of 11YRS in MANSI for ADL training. She is now independent in daily activity, helping others in housework, even make food at her home, She is able to read and write too. Now taking Skill training in campus for earning."

"A year ago her mother visited E.I.camp in MANSI with Drusti: a multi-disabled child suffering from seizures & constantly crying. Medicines & Physiotherapy is ongoing but parents want proper guidance. Our team counselled the mother for continued physiotherapy in Jaya Rehab Center, Bidada, we helped for all needed arrangements. The mother is happy after 15 days' treatment. Today Drusti is responding well: able to sit, rolling very well without crying."

"Premature baby, cataract surgeries done in both eyes at the age of 4 months. Parents didn’t visit timely for vision checkup. Came in E.I.camp of MANSI in July 2019. She was avoiding the day light, no eye contact with anyone. We referred her to a pediatric eye surgeon at Baroda, laser was done for both eyes. Today Aarti is learning, though she is special child."

"7 years ago she got admitted in MANSI: very hyperactive with poor listening & understanding. We helped by enrolling her for vocational training. She likes painting, stitching & sports. Today she is earning as a helping hand in the kitchen, taking care of family members' expenses who is elated with her changes."
