Eye Care for Adivasi Children
Kawant is most backward taluka of Chhotaudepur district in Gujarat. In cooperation with Adivasi januthan trust, Local NGO, Mansi under look child health program. At a review meeting post pediatric camp, The problem of eye sight with Adivasi children surfaced up. During our “operation eye sight” program for Kawant the eye of 24300 student of 224 schools and hostels we are examined; 4480 student we are given tailor made refraction glasses and 18 student underwent various eye surgeries
